C'est une cheffe tr\u00e8s attentive : elle \u00e9coute, elle s\u2019adapte, elle veille aux besoins de chacun avec une douceur qui revient souvent dans les retours de nos participants : \u00ab les repas de la douce C\u00e9lia \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieux \u00bb, \u00ab tout \u00e9tait excellent, on ressent tellement son attention et son implication \u00bb.

Sa cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, locale et de saison fait vraiment la diff\u00e9rence : des assiettes pleines de saveurs, pens\u00e9es avec soin, qui font autant de bien au corps qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019esprit. Petit bonus : ses pique-niques sur la plage sont de beaux moments \u00e0 part, simple et joyeux.

Nous avons fait appel \u00e0 ses talents pour le vin d'honneur et le repas de notre mariage d\u00e9but mai 2026, et nous en sommes tellement heureux. Sa cuisine est g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, gourmande mais avec un juste \u00e9quilibre, pleine de couleurs et de saveurs... Sans oublier son engagement sans failles pour trouver des produits locaux, sans intrants et avec des m\u00e9thodes de production responsables et pour certaines tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9atives \ud83d\ude09 C\u00e9lia a relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi avec brio de sensibiliser avec douceur une audience \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 dans l'assiette, assembl\u00e9e qui \u00e9tait en partie habitu\u00e9e aux produits carn\u00e9s pour les \u00e9v\u00e8nements festifs.
